Getting shortlisted is one of the hardest parts of placement season. You can have the skills, practice every day, and still never hear back because your resume got lost among thousands of applications.

A referral can change that. But many students don't have anyone in the companies they're applying to.

So I've added a 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 to my website. 🚀

Here's how it works:

✅ Upload your resume
✅ Add the company name
✅ Add the job title
✅ Paste the job link
✅ Submit your request

I'll go through each request personally. Where I can, I'll refer you myself. Where I can't, I'll reach out to people in my network who work at that company.

To be upfront: I can't promise a referral for every request, because that depends on the company, the role, and whether I know someone there. But I'll genuinely try for every student who reaches out.

A few tips to improve your chances:
🔹 Apply only to roles that actually match your skills
🔹 Keep your resume to one page, clear and updated
🔹 Make sure the job link is active and the posting is open

Placements are stressful enough. If a small push from my side helps you get that interview call, it's worth it.

If you know someone preparing for placements, please share this with them. It could make their search a little easier. 🙏
